Patient Access + Support Study

Earn up to $450 for participating in paid healthcare research

We’re seeking medical office and healthcare practice professionals who help patients navigate access, insurance coverage, reimbursement, affordability support, specialty pharmacy coordination, or patient support programs.

 

Qualified participants will complete a 60-minute virtual interview and a short follow-up activity.

Compensation + HOW IT WORKS

Earn up to $450 total for a

90-minute virtual study

First, you’ll complete a short eligibility screener. If you qualify, the research team may contact you with next steps for a virtual interview.

 

Qualified participants will complete:

$360 for a 60-minute virtual interview

Share your experience helping patients navigate access, coverage, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy coordination, or support programs.

02

+$100 for a 30-minute follow-up activity completed on your own time

Complete a short homework-style activity on your own time.

who may qualify

This study may be a fit if your work includes several of the following:

  • Prior authorizations

  • Benefits investigations or verification of benefits

  • Insurance coverage or out-of-pocket cost conversations

  • Co-pay or affordability support

  • Patient assistance programs

  • Specialty pharmacy coordination

  • Medication access or delivery coordination

  • Manufacturer patient support programs

  • Reimbursement support

  • Denial or appeal support

  • Patient navigation or treatment support

You do not need a specific job title to check eligibility. Many people who perform this work have titles like patient coordinator, care coordinator, office manager, practice manager, benefits manager, billing specialist, reimbursement specialist, prior authorization specialist, nurse, medical assistant, or treatment center coordinator.
